Lana Rock is a lifelong athlete. She’s competed in a variety of sports, including volleyball, tennis, basketball, and swimming. Building on this strong foundation in competitive sports, Lana knew that a career in personal training would be most rewarding.
Lana has over ten years experience in personal training. In keeping with Evolution Fitness’ mission, she’s dedicated to helping clients create harmony and balance in body, mind and spirit. With Lana’s instruction, motivation and expertise, clients reach a variety of fitness goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility or other more specific training goals. But common to all is a shared feeling of personal happiness and achievement, as well as an improvement in her clients self confidence and overall health.
Lana also specializes in functional training (helping seniors able to care for themselves and stay healthy), flexibility training, training individuals with arthritis, and weight loss and nutrition.
