About Jay
Jay began his own personal journey over 20 years ago when as an underweight teen, his doctor suggested weight lifting as a way to build muscle mass and put on weight. "When I began to see results, I was hooked! I saw positive changes in my body – my self-esteem soon followed. I felt stronger, I looked better, and my self-confidence improved," recalls Jay.
Jay is a Certified Personal Trainer, with a special interest in Nutrition. He counsels clients on foods that help meet fitness goals, and equally important, that support long-term health and vitality. Jay motivates, educates and supports his clients’ individual journeys. He deeply cares about each client's health and personal goals. Jay shares, "My clients’ health and well being are most important to me. They have families and friends that care a lot about them. That’s why I take personal responsibility for keeping my clients healthy… their goals become my goals!"
