Over the past 10 years, the health and fitness industry has been redefined. As St. Louis Metro Area personal fitness trainers, we realized the importance of incorporating these most recent innovations into our programs and systems of training.

Evolution Fitness' goal is to bridge the gap between the work of doctors, physical therapists and nutritionists with the skills and knowledge of a qualified exercise specialist. It is this collaboration that allows us to offer an unprecedented level of service with professionalism, consistency and distinction.

Manager 1

Eric Emig

Featured nationally in Men's Fitness and a lifelong enthusiast of fitness, Eric began his own fitness training at age 14. His passion for health and overall fitness motivated Eric to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and later a Masters degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement).

Jay Perez

Jay began his own personal journey over 20 years ago when as an underweight teen, his doctor suggested weight lifting as a way to build muscle mass and put on weight. ”When I began to see results, I was hooked! I saw positive changes in my body – my self-esteem soon followed.

Elena King

Elena's love of yoga began in her native Russia. After moving to the U.S. in 2001, Elena was exposed to new yoga styles that she gradually incorporated into her practice. With the birth of her first child, Elena’s passion for yoga deepened through a personal discovery of the restorative, healing powers of a daily yoga practice.

Lana Rock

Lana Rock is a lifelong athlete. She’s competed in a variety of sports, including volleyball, tennis, basketball, and swimming. Building on this strong foundation in competitive sports, Lana knew that a career in personal training would be most rewarding.

John Casey

John's passion for exercise and nutrition is evident by his educational pursuits. Having a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.S. in Food and Nutrition has allowed him to obtain a solid knowledgeable foundation. While working as a Graduate Assistant, much of his time was focused on obesity research.

Diane Friedman

Diane is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a love for food and fitness. Throughout her many years of experience helping people eat healthier and lose weight, Diane’s focus has been on our relationships with food and the choices we make. A healthy relationship with food is key to a lifetime of eating without guilt or deprivation.

Trent Weston

From age 5, Trent’s been a competitive athlete. With a natural ability for sport and the passion to drive it, Trent was voted the “Top Male Athlete” of his high school. He achieved the highest level of recognition for his athletic abilities in football, wrestling and track, and was ranked state-wide for all three sports.

Reshma Danak

Stressed and anxious from the pressures of succeeding in college, a friend suggested Reshma try yoga. After just one class, she knew she was hooked. Not long after, Reshma became a certified yoga instructor.

Diane Friedman

Ezra Pino

With over 18 years of experience, Ezra Pino’s professional life has been dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds reach and surpass fitness goals. While at Northern Arizona University, Ezra completed 1500 hours as a student athletic trainer working with athletes to prevent injuries through training and education, as well as on the sidelines attending to injured athletes in a variety of sports.

Chris Toler

From early childhood, Chris was on the go whether playing ball, jump rope or running with friends. She later won the Presidential Award for Fitness and was inspired to stay fit. She was hooked on strength training after joining her first gym as a young adult. “I was never content to settle on the same workout… I continued to challenge myself.”

Since childhood, Michelle has always led an active lifestyle. She loved the outdoors and competed in high school basketball and soccer. Not only was Michelle named “Most Valuable Player,” but she was also named “Oakville Scholar Athlete” highlighting her combined athletic and academic excellence.

Emily Ehrhart

Emily was first introduced to yoga by her chiropractor who suggested yoga as a way to manage lower back pain and stress. Emily immediately experienced relief of her back issues and felt the various physical benefits that yoga brought. Her stress level decreased and she experienced more balance in her life. That was twelve years ago.
